I’ve been passionate about showing dogs for as long as I can remember. I stepped into the ring for the first time when I was just 10 years old, but everything truly began when I was 13 and had the privilege of campaigning my first show dog, Royal. He was a Cane Corso we bred in our own kennel, and from the beginning, he was more than just a dog—he was my teammate. Royal and I learned together through every show. Along the way, we were lucky to accomplish things I never imagined. We won Select Dog at Westminster twice, ranked #5 nationally in the all-breed standings in both 2021 and 2022, and earned lifetime recognition in the NOHS rankings. Those moments meant a lot, not just because of the wins, but because of what they taught me about preparation, connection, and showing with heart.

While I’m proud of the accomplishments, what matters most to me is the bond I build with every dog I handle. When I’m at a show, I don’t just walk dogs into the ring. I spend time getting to know them, working with them, and helping them feel confident before they ever step foot in the ring. I believe every dog deserves more than just a quick run-through. They deserve attention, understanding, and someone in their corner who helps them succeed in a way that’s true to who they are. That extra time and effort are what allow the performance to feel natural and rewarding for both of us.

To me, the ring isn’t just about competition. It’s about the performance and the connection between handler and dog. I tailor my approach to each dog’s personality and needs, always aiming to build trust and bring out their best. My motto has always been simple: go in and have fun, and the performance will come naturally. When a dog enjoys the process, the results speak for themselves.
